Back in the early 90’s, Bonnie & Junior Carter were smoking whole hogs & having parties in their backyard in Parkers Crossroads, TN. The pork was always perfect, but the sauce was boring. So they busted out an old family bbq sauce recipe. Once they remembered how perfect this sauce was, they set up shop & started the House of BBQ. They’ve been smokin’ hogs & slingin’ sandwiches ever since. This family recipe has been going strong since 1975.
